The primary option is a Construction Linked Plan (CLP) structured as 30:40:30. You pay 30% at booking, another 40% in stages as construction milestones are completed, and the remaining 30% at possession. The Ghaziabad Master Plan 2031 designates the zone for transit-oriented development along metro and RRTS corridors. The proposed Ghaziabad–Jewar RRTS corridor names Siddhartha Vihar as a station — if central approvals come through in 2026–27 as projected and construction starts on schedule, operations could begin around 2030, the same year as Prestige City's possession date. That would give residents a direct rail link to Noida International Airport from day one. The Awas Vikas Parishad has already invested ₹27 crore in internal road and drainage upgrades in the micro-market.
